The Philips Respironics Dreamstation Auto is the latest in innovative and patient-driven CPAP machines designed to help patients achieve restful and restorative sleep. Philips Respironics Dreamstation Auto offers a comprehensive sleep therapy with patient-driven design and has a sleek new look.
The Dreamstation series has a detachable humidifier to halve the size of your machine for ease with travel and reduces power consumption when on a limited power supply, with the option of 12v leads and battery packs.
The Automatic algorithm adjust pressure as necessary to keep your airway open at the lowest optimal pressure, and then reduces the pressure again until the next respiratory event, Thus ensure more comfortable therapy and reducing the frequency of mask leaks and other disruptions to your sleep that may occur with continuous high pressure.
Smart Ramp
The SmartRamp feature is new to the DreamStation series and it helps in regulating the pressure to ensure that the patient sleeps comfortably throughout the night. This technology allows the patient to fall asleep on low pressure, and will only increase the pressure should the patient experience obstruction or snoring during the night.
C-Flex
This is the patented pressure relief feature that synchronizes with the patients breathing pattern to make it easy to exhale against the air coming in.
Dry Box Technology
This is a safety feature that stops excess water from the humidifier chamber leaking back into the CPAP machine. Tried and tested, this safe guard can save someone thousands on replacing a CPAP machine because they forgot to empty the water chamber before packing up the machine and travelling.
New Humidifier Chamber
The new humidifier boasts a dishwasher safe and BPA free open chamber. It is extremely easy to remove and fill but more importantly, it’s very easy to clean.
System Check
If you suspect something may be wrong with your device, you can run a system check feature that cycles through a self diagnostic system and calibration check. It also checks the error log on the device and will give you a green tick if everything is fine or a red cross if it needs to be serviced.
